Latte Art Training Course

Overview

In a rapidly evolving market, we need to mark ourselves. The Latte Art technique allows the Barista to create an high quality service and products. A new trendy technique also for generating higher profits for your activity.

 

Training for those who have (preferably) some practice in preparing perfect espresso and cappuccino according to international standards.

Aims

The aim of this course is to bring technical knowledge and impressive manual skills to design cappuccinos and other coffee beverages with Latte Art technique.
 
From the classic patterns as the heart, to the cobweb, the leaf, the lion head and many other techniques as painting, topping the milk free-pouring for your viewing pleasure... Important : this training module requires an upgrade to work Latte Art technique.

Training lasts: 2 days (8H/per day).
Schedule: 9H-13H and 14H-18H.


Class size is a minimum of 3 participants to a maximum of 8 to enable each student to be individually monitored according to his/her own level of knowledge and preparation (beginner to experienced).

 

Training room fully equipped with workstations and technical materials for each participant. Supplementary video support illustrating theory. Practical demonstrations by professional trainers and practical exercises by trainees. Daily tests on applied practical knowledge. A recognized diploma will be awarded at the end of training
