Barista Training Course

Overview

This training has been organized to provide an in-depth theoretical (25%) and practical (75%) knowledge of espressos, cappuccinos and other coffee beverages preparation techniques according to Italian tradition.

 

Our coffee training module (Barista+Latte Art) is designed for those who wish to open a coffee shop and/or they have any experience in the coffee field  but, at the same time, for coffee professionals or “coffee veterans” who need an updating and integrate new knowledge with their experience.

Other details

Training lasts: 3 days (8H/per day).
Schedule: 9H-13H and 14H-18H.


Class size is a minimum of 3 participants to a maximum of 8 to enable each student to be individually monitored according to his/her own level of knowledge and preparation (beginner to experienced).

 

Training room fully equipped with workstations and technical materials for each participant. Supplementary video support illustrating theory. Practical demonstrations by professional trainers and practical exercises by trainees. Daily tests on applied practical knowledge. A recognized diploma will be awarded at the end of training.
